Baygurmanov   Ernur    Ermatovich

He is head of Department of State Revenues for Pavlodar region.

He was born on 30 of July in 1980 in Pavlodar region.

In 2004,he received a second higher education in the Kazakhstan institute of Law and International Relations in qualification “Law”.

In 2018 he graduated from the magistracy in the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service of the President of the Russian Federation, by specialty “State and Municipal Administration".

• Since September 2000 till August 2008 he held various positions in the Tax Committee for the city of Pavlodar as specialist, chief specialist, head of the sector and department head.
• Since February 2010 - Deputy Head of the Tax Department of the city of Ekibastuz.
• Since November 2010 - Deputy Head of the Tax Department for the city of Pavlodar.

• Since February 2011 - Deputy Head of the Tax Department for Kostanay Tax Department for Kostanay region.

He was born on 27th of February in 1977 in Astana city.

He has higher education.In 2000,he graduated from Eurasian Humanities University.

In 2006, he received a second higher education at the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute.

In 2012 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Shakirova Asem Amangeldykyzy

She is Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues of Pavlodar region.

She was born on November 11, 1975 in Stepnogorsk, Almaty region.

She has bachelor degree. In 1994 she graduated from Akmola Co-operative technical school of regional consumer cooperation with specialization in “trade worker”.

In 2007,she graduated from State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov with specialization in “Customs business”.

Bazilov Ilias Sagintaevich

He is Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues of Pavlodar region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was born on May 20, 1976 in Pavlodar region.

In 1999,he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in law.

In 2017 he graduated from the Innovative University of Eurasia - Master of Jurisprudence.
